Pulpmatic Dimensions and electrical and water connections

The Pulpmatic macerator is ergonomically designed for easy hands free no touch start. Connections are easily located for easy installation.

For single phase (240V) Motor rating 750W 13A Fuse Spur/Isolator

For three phase (415V) Motor rating 750W 13A Fuse Spur/Isolator

RCD Isolator must be sited within 1 metre of the rear of the machine and within easy reach of staff. All electrical installation to comply withcurrent I.E.E. regulations.

Plumbing requirement

 

(15mm cold water supply)Connection ¾" BSP

Water pressure required = 1 bar minimum - 6 bar maximum

Minimum water flow required = Cold Feed - 18L/min at 1 bar

The cold water supply pipe should terminate in a double check valve followed by an isolation valve.

The valve should be within easy reach of staff once the machine is in place.
