We specialise in sluice rooms and dirty utility rooms, in care-homes, hospitals, hospices and special needs schools. Twenty years of experience allows us to provide comprehensive and meaningful advice and support throughout planning, design, and specification processes for new or existing facilities.
Our industry-leading technology, such as our newly patented hands-free equipment, and microbesafe surfaces, allow us to tailor solutions to your requirements and enable you to comply or exceed infection control standards. Our certified full-time engineers, service and test dirty utility room appliances across the UK, of any manufacturer.
We are the only UK company that focuses exclusively on the design of effective and hygienic dirty utility rooms, and the manufacture, installation, and servicing of state of the art products to suit, including:

- Incomatic Incontinence waste macerator
- Pulpmatic Pulp macerator

Our engineers carry out installations, audits, HTM2030 validation, and maintenance of all sluice room / dirty utility room equipment, including servicing and repair of all types of equipment from all manufacturers of Pulp and Incontinence macerators and Bedpan washers.

21st September 2011 DDC Dolphin has won a prestigious award for Health and Innovation, for supplying state of the art medical equipment to Hospitals in the Middle East. The hands free operated Pulpmatic macerator is setting new standards in reducing the risk of Hospital Associated Infections (HAIC).
